FluentSong is a language-learning service that lets you study YouTube songs with synced lyrics, translation, and AI analysis. By using the service you agree to these terms.

What we provide

We embed YouTube videos via the official YouTube IFrame Player. We do not host or distribute audio or video files. Lyrics shown in the player are auto-generated from YouTube subtitles or transcribed from audio for educational use; copyright in the underlying lyrics belongs to the respective rights holders.

Acceptable use

Don't use FluentSong to scrape, redistribute, or republish YouTube content. Don't attempt to interfere with the service or other users.

Account, AI and data

Authentication is handled by Clerk. AI features (translation, song analysis, lyric lookup, artist bio) are powered by OpenAI. Data you submit (URLs, language preferences) may be sent to OpenAI for the purpose of generating lyrics, translations and analysis.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" with no warranties. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
